26 November 1908 is considered to be the starting point of Acomo. On that day Acomo’s predecessor, the Rubber Cultuur Maatschappij ‘Amsterdam’ was listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Until the late fifties it was among the largest plantation companies in Europe. >
