Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (Acomo) recorded consolidated sales of € 271.4 million in the first half year 2011 (HY 2010: € 128.5 million) and net profits of € 11.7 million (recurring HY 2010: € 6.9 million). The increase of the half year results reflects the strong trading performance of all the group subsidiaries, especially Catz International, and the contribution of the new businesses acquired in 2010.
