Date: Mar 17, 2011

2010 consolidated sales more than doubled to € 375 million (2009: € 164.5 million) and net profits, after one-off charges of acquisition and divestment activities, reached € 15.5 million (2009: € 10.5 million, +47%). These figures reflect the important acquisitions in 2010, in addition to the strong performance of the traditional trading activities of the group in spices, dried fruit and nuts.
