Tea and sunflower seeds; a Deli(cious) acquisition
Acomo completed the acquisition of the Tea and Seeds activities of Deli Maatschappij last week in a transaction valued at more than EUR 100m. The deal means that Acomo more than doubles both sales and earnings. The acquisition enhances the growth prospects of Acomo and raises overall profitability levels.
