Amsterdam Commodities (Acomo) reports that N.V. Deli Maatschappij (Deli) has sold its entire participation, consisting of shares and convertible bonds in Acomo to a group of Dutch High Net Worth Individuals. This transaction took place through the intermediation of SNS Securities to whom the new shareholders are known as stable, long-term investors.
