History
TEFCO was established in 1978 and acts as exclusive importer/distributor for a number of large European ingredients producers in the Benelux. Snick was founded in 1993 in Beernem (Belgium), in the heart of Europe’s centre of excellence of frozen vegetables, meat and ready food manufacturers. Both companies have earned a solid reputation as suppliers of innovative unique ingredient based solutions and concepts for the food industry. Acomo acquired TEFCO in 2006 and Snick in 2009 as part of its strategy to create a European network of independent ingredients distributors acting closely to create product, channel and geographic synergies.
